Payment and Prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any charges for shipping and payment, as well as VAT. We offer the following payment methods:

Card Payment

We accept cards with the MasterCard and Visa symbol. We put your payment security first. This means you may need to verify your card payment with 3D Secure before the purchase is completed. Your bank can tell you more about 3D Secure and how to verify yourself.

Klarna

Our partner Klarna is a trusted provider of payment services, offering consumers around the world flexible shopping and purchasing experiences. When you pay directly with Klarna, your payment is made immediately, either via bank transfer or directly from your bank account. For bank transfers, you enter your banking details in Klarna’s secure payment window, and Minimoca cannot access your data or bank account.

Conditions for Discount Codes

Subscribe to our newsletter & get a discount:
The discount code is received by signing up for Minimoca’s newsletter. The discount code will be sent to you via email after registration. The discount code can only be used on your first order at minimocasweden.com on the entire range except for already reduced prices. The discount code cannot be combined with other offers.
Other discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.

Deliveries and Returns

Delivery Methods

Delivery within Sweden:
Price: 39 SEK
Free shipping when you order more than 699 SEK

Delivery to Europe:
Price: 99 SEK
Free shipping when you order more than 999 SEK

Delivery to USA:
Price: 149 SEK
Free shipping when you order more than 1499 SEK

If nothing is specified, 2-4 days delivery time applies. If a delivery delay occurs on our side, we will notify you of this by e-mail.

Returns

We offer a 14-day right of return from the day your order was received. This does not apply to goods that have been used, goods with a broken seal, or goods without a price tag/label. Send us an email before your return to info@minimocasweden.com
Note: Return charge is 39 SEK.

Exchange of Goods

We have free resizing of the same item. If you would like to change a size, email us at info@minimocasweden.com to ensure that the size is in stock.

14 Days Open Purchase

We follow the Distance Contracts Act, which means you have the right to return your order within 14 days after you receive it. You do not need to give a reason. The shoes must be in good condition, packed well, and in their original box. You cannot return items that have been used, have a broken seal, or are missing a price tag or label. If you have used more than needed to check their fit or function, and they lose value, we may reduce your refund. This is checked case by case. Note that you cannot return or exchange sale items after 14 days.

Package Not Collected

If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us, we will invoice you 250 SEK to cover our costs from the post office. Of course, you will get your money back for your item, excluding possible shipping charges.

Refund

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back.
